Domestic and International Travel Sales. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with travel bookings, holiday packages, flight reservations, and generating sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound travel sales calls.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and holiday packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell travel-related services.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, destinations, and travel policies.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow company quality and compliance standards.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
