Purpose of Role: To supervise day-to-day construction activities at work fronts and
ensure that work is executed as per drawings, levels, line, quality requirements, and
instructions of the Construction Manager / Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily civil works such as excavation, RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring,
waterproofing, finishing, and external works.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Check line, level, dimensions, shuttering readiness, reinforcement readiness, and work
quality before execution.
Monitor contractor labour productivity and daily work output.
Report delays, material shortages, and workmanship issues.
Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, store, and engineering team.
Maintain daily progress record and site instruction register.
Qualification
Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred / experienced site supervisor
Pay: ₹11,555.30 - ₹22,524.72 per month
