Sales Executive
The Capital Civil Services, Ranchi is hiring Sales Executives for UPSC and JPSC course admissions.
What We Provide
- Work-from-Home opportunityor on site work both options are available. The offline office is located at 3rd Floor Anand Complex, Lalpur, Ranchi, Jharkhand
- Daily high-intent leads are provided by our in-house marketing team
- No requirement to generate your own leads
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective students through phone and WhatsApp
- Understand their requirements and recommend the appropriate course
- Handle queries and objections
- Convert leads into paid admissions
- Follow up promptly and consistently to convert interested students quickly and prevent delay or procrastination
Compensation
- 10% commission on eligible installment admissions
- 15% commission on eligible full-payment admissions
- Commission is calculated on the actual sales amount after applicable discounts
- Course fees range from approximately ₹10,000 to ₹50,000+, offering strong earning potential per admission.
- Potential monthly earnings: ₹15,000 to ₹50,000+ based on your work.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Persistent and target-oriented
- Comfortable with sales objections and repeated follow-ups
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Sales, telesales, telecalling or education-sales experience preferred but not mandatory
