About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales Executives to join leading MNCs for both Domestic and International Voice Processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a sales-driven attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Promote products and services while achieving sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries professionally and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in Telesales, BPO, Customer Service, or Voice Process is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable working in Domestic or International Voice Process.
