- Identify and target potential clients (startups, small businesses, freelancers, etc.) interested in co-working spaces.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
- Reach out through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings to generate leads.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Address client inquiries, provide tours of the facilities, and explain the benefits of our co-working solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Create customized proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide insights to improve services and enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Min 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (experience in commercial real estate or co-working spaces is a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Salary Package: 4 LPA to 12 LPA (based on the candidate's current experience)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
