The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for driving showroom sales performance while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The role combines sales leadership, operational excellence, inventory control, customer service, and team management to achieve revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive showroom sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
· Develop sales strategies, promotions, and business development initiatives.
· Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and operations teams.
· Monitor customer experience and resolve escalated issues promptly.
· Manage inventory, stock levels, product displays, and merchandising standards.
· Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and installation teams.
· Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and documentation.
· Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
· Prepare budgets, forecasts, and operational reports.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
· 5–8+ years of experience in furniture, retail, home interiors, or showroom management.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing operations.
· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications.
