Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Achievement & Business Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the cigarette lighter product range.
- Identify new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate orders and increase retail coverage.
2. Distribution & Channel Management
- Ensure continuous product availability across all outlets in the territory.
- Coordinate with distributors to manage stock, credit cycles, and timely order fulfilment.
- Ensure proper route planning and beat execution.
Experience
- 5–10 years of FMCG sales experience (cigarette lighters, accessories, or small consumer products preferred).
- Experience handling distributors and retail networks.
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of FMCG distribution and retail operations.
- Ability to manage fieldwork independently.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, MS Office, reporting apps).
- Territory management and route planning expertise.
