Responsibilities:
Good knowledge of Incoterms.
Handle the complete import shipment process from receiving shipment details from the consignee to final clearance.
Prepare and coordinate shipment pricing with the internal team.
Prepare HBL (House Bill of Lading) and MBL (Master Bill of Lading).
File import manifests accurately and on time upon shipment arrival.
Coordinate with CHA (Customs House Agent) for smooth customs clearance.
Ensure timely documentation and coordination with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
Experience in end-to-end freight forwarding import operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of import documentation and customs procedures.
