JOB DESCRIPTION
✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls related to study visa, and immigration services.
✅ Explain immigration programs, visa processes, and service benefits to clients.
✅ Generate and qualify leads for visa counsellors.
✅ Schedule appointments for counselling sessions.
✅ Maintain call records and update CRM/database regularly.
✅ Follow up with interested clients and maintain relationships.
✅ Freshers and experienced can apply.
