Role Summary:
Lead production, assembly, and testing of high-power programmable power supply systems, including rack-level integration. Ensure on-time delivery, high quality, safety compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Experience :
- 10-15 years (AM) /15-20 years (Manager) in power electronics manufacturing
- Experience with high-power systems (>20kW), rack integration preferred.
Qualification : BE./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Power Electronics
Job Description :
- Plan and execute production schedules for high-power systems.
- Manage assembly of power modules, racks, busbars, and cooling systems.
- Oversee system testing (load, protection, burn-in).
- Drive quality (FPY, zero defects) and process improvements (Lean, 5S).
- Ensure strict high-voltage safety and compliance.
- Lead and develop production teams.
- Coordinate with R&D, QA, and supply chain.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of testing, safety, and production processes
- Strong communication skills in English and one or more local languages (Kannada, Tamil, etc)
- Travel as required by the job
