Job Responsibilities
- Assemble, fit, repair, and maintain press tools and dies.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of dies.
- Troubleshoot die-related production issues.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of dies.
- Work with production and quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Fitter or relevant technical qualification.
- 3–5 years of experience in die fitting and maintenance.
- Knowledge of press tools, die assembly, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
