Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and qualified School Counsellor cum coordinator who are excited to join our school and who can support students' academic, social, emotional, and career development.
Essential Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Psychology, or Child Psychology from a recognized university.
- Diploma/Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling is desirable.
- B.Ed. is preferred, especially for school-based roles.
- Certification in Child Protection, POCSO, Mental Health, or Life Skills Education will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a school counsellor, psychologist, or student welfare coordinator.
- Experience in handling behavioural, emotional, academic, and social concerns of students.
- Experience in coordinating with teachers, parents, and external professionals.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
