About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineers/Senior Sales Engineers to join our team. The role involves technical sales, product promotion, customer acquisition, and business development for industrial automation and control products.
Experience Required
* 5–8 years of experience in technical sales or industrial automation sales.
* Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and end users.
* Strong understanding of industrial instrumentation and control systems.
Educational Qualification
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Diploma in Engineering.
Product Portfolio
The role focuses on promoting and selling industrial automation and control products, including:
* Gas flow measurement and control products
* Mass flow meters and controllers
* Temperature controllers and recorders
* Pressure switches
* Temperature sensors
* Flame detectors
* Limit switches
* Photoelectric sensors
* Proximity sensors
* Burner controllers
Customer Segments
* Automotive manufacturers
* Furnace manufacturers
* Machine manufacturers
* OEMs and industrial customers
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs and industrial customers.
* Acquire new customers and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
* Demonstrate products and explain technical specifications for customer approvals.
* Collaborate with technical teams to recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
* Work closely with OEMs, distributors, and end users to expand business opportunities.
* Drive new customer acquisition and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
* Regularly update management on sales activities and market developments.
* Conduct presentations and product promotions to prospective clients.
