Role Summary
The Enterprise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value B2B deals with corporate, government, educational, and institutional clients. This role owns the full enterprise sales cycle — from lead generation and solution consulting to negotiation, closing, and account management — and plays a key role in scaling ANT PC's presence in the enterprise hardware market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new enterprise, government, and institutional accounts
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, RFPs/tenders, and channel partnerships.
- Understand client technical requirements (workstations, servers, custom builds) and design tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial terms to key decision-makers (IT heads, procurement teams, CXOs)
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs to close deals while protecting margins
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including bid/tender documentation where applicable
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing to develop enterprise-focused campaigns and collateral
- Track and report sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tool.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging enterprise hardware needs
- Represent ANT PC at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 5-7 years of B2B/enterprise sales experience, preferably in IT hardware, computer systems, or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in enterprise or institutional sales
- Strong understanding of PC/workstation/server hardware
- Experience handling government tenders/RFPs is a strong plus
- Excellent communication (English), negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Managers)
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho) and MS Office/Excel
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as required
Pay: ₹60,341.30 - ₹85,043.05 per month
Work Location: In person
