Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Chinar Park
Reports To: Centre Head / Co-Founder
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Saturday (12PM to 9PM)
Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Centre Head, ensuring smooth daily functioning of the tutorial centre. The role involves coordination with faculty, students, and parents, managing schedules, documentation, communication, and supporting academic and business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Executive Support:
- Manage the Centre Head’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Maintain records, files, student data, and confidential information.
Academic & Student Coordination:
- Coordinate class schedules, batch planning, and faculty availability.
- Assist with student enrolments, fee follow-ups, and documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for students and parents for queries and updates.
- Support exam schedules, assessments, and result communication.
Faculty & Staff Coordination:
- Coordinate with teachers regarding timetables, materials, and attendance.
- Assist in onboarding new faculty or staff.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and teaching staff.
Operations & Centre Management:
- Support day-to-day centre operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Track attendance of students and faculty.
- Assist in inventory management (study material, stationery, etc.).
- Ensure adherence to centre policies and procedures.
Communication & Marketing Support:
- Assist with WhatsApp broadcasts, emails, and announcements.
- Coordinate demo classes, workshops, and parent meetings.
- Support basic social media updates or marketing activities.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
- Professional, polite, and student-friendly attitude.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, executive assistant, or education-related roles preferred.
- Experience in schools, coaching centres, or educational institutes is an advantage.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 12PM to 9PM.
