Key Responsibilities
- Drive complete enterprise sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across target industries.
- Manage high-value enterprise deals with ticket sizes of n25 Lakhs and above.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct consultative and solution-based selling for enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Handle enterprise negotiations, proposals, contracts, and RFP/RFI processes.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets including n1 Cr+ ARR goals.
- Manage long enterprise sales cycles (6–8 months) effectively.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline forecasting.
- Travel across India for client meetings and business development activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales / SaaS B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of closing enterprise deals worth n25 Lakhs+.
- Experience driving n1 Cr+ ARR business targets.
- Strong expertise in consultative selling and strategic account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Ability to manage long and complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
