1. Candidate Mobilization & Enrollment
- Conduct field visits in villages, urban localities, schools, colleges, and communities to identify potential candidates.
- Mobilize unemployed youth and eligible beneficiaries for skill development programs.
- Counsel candidates and their parents/guardians regarding training courses, career opportunities, placement prospects, and program benefits.
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.
2. Community Outreach & Awareness
- Organize awareness campaigns, roadshows, community meetings, and promotional activities.
- Establish relationships with local leaders, self-help groups (SHGs), NGOs, Panchayats, municipal bodies, and community organizations.
- Coordinate mobilization drives with government departments and local authorities when required.
3. Admission & Documentation
- Assist candidates in completing admission formalities and application forms.
- Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documents as per project guidelines.
- Ensure proper data entry and maintenance of mobilization records.
4. Candidate Tracking & Retention
- Follow up with enrolled candidates to ensure regular attendance and course completion.
- Address candidate concerns and coordinate with trainers and center staff for resolution.
- Support hostel and residential candidates during onboarding and induction.
5. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly mobilization reports.
- Update candidate databases and MIS records accurately.
- Submit progress reports to the reporting manager on a regular basis.
6. Placement Support
- Coordinate with the placement team for candidate interviews and job opportunities.
- Motivate candidates to participate in placement activities and job fairs.
- Track placed candidates and maintain post-placement records as required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) may be considered with relevant experience.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in mobilization, admissions, counseling, sales, marketing, or skill development projects.
- Experience in government-funded skill development programs will be preferred.
Required Skills

- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Ability to work extensively in the field.
- Knowledge of local geography and communities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email).
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
Pay: ₹10,079.48 - ₹20,000.00 per month
