Position : Key Accounts Manager /Agent Relationship Manager/ Business Development Manager
Type: Full-Time, In-Office, No Work from Home provision available
Job Location: Base location should be either Chandigarh/Ludhiana/Amritsar
Please Note:
This job role requires making plans ,developing new associates, engagement with business partners to build new business
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Leading initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the B2B division of the company
● They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular business development strategy
● Identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities across different parts of North India and developing new associates
● Handling Grievances of associates and coordinating with the team to solve them
● Developing new relationships to grow business and help the company expand
● Regular travel across the country to generate business
● Submitting performance and growth reports of the reporting manager
● Developing and maintaining business relationships with associates
● The job role will also include giving ensuring quality of services delivered to business associates and grievances redressal for them
● This job role will include frequent travel and visits to present business associates and to develop new ones across different areas in Punjab and North India
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
