Civil Engineer – Interior Work Supervision (Bungalow Project)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise interior civil works – flooring, tiling, false ceiling, plastering, painting, waterproofing, HVAC work, Furniture work
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings & specifications
- Conduct daily site inspections & quality checks (levels, alignment, finishes)
- Verify material quality against approved samples
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and MEP teams to avoid work clashes
- Maintain daily progress reports, photos, and material records
- Prepare/update work schedules; flag delays
- Check contractor bills/measurements as per BOQ
- Ensure site safety and code compliance
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2–6 years' experience in residential/interior site supervision
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel/Word
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials (tiles, wood, paint, false ceiling, etc.)
- Good coordination & problem-solving skills
- Willing to be site-based full-time
