Job Summary
We are looking for a smart and experienced E-commerce Executive who has hands-on experience managing online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, etc. The candidate should have knowledge of product listing, inventory management, order processing, promotions, and marketplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
Create and update product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Handle inventory management and stock updates.
Process and track customer orders.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely dispatch and delivery.
Monitor product performance, sales, and customer feedback.
Manage returns, replacements, and refund processes.
Run promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.
Required Skills:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Seller Panel, etc.
Strong knowledge of product listing and catalog management.
Inventory and order management skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
Basic understanding of online advertising and marketplace promotions.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
Certification in E-commerce/Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
