About VedaMandir
VedaMandir, an initiative by Way2News, is a digital platform that enables devotees to participate in Pujas, Homams, Abhishekams, Archana, Sevas, and other temple rituals online by partnering with temples across India.
Role: Telecaller
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to connect with devotees, explain VedaMandir's services, and assist them in booking temple rituals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing devotees.
- Explain VedaMandir's services, temple rituals, and offerings.
- Assist customers in booking Pujas, Homams, Abhishekams, and other temple services.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Eligibility
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, bengali, or English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and smartphone proficiency.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Prior telecalling or customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
