Job Overview: As a Junior architect / Intern at Promarc, you will play a crucial role in translating project concepts into detailed, precise drawings. Working closely with project managers, architects, and engineers, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our building projects adhere to the highest standards of design and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and goals.
- Create detailed and accurate architectural drawings, blueprints, and plans AutoCAD 2D, SketchUp, Lumion, 3Ds max.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
- Review and revise drawings based on project team feedback and client requirements.
- Contribute to the preparation of project estimates, material take-offs, and project documentation.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, building codes, and advancements in drafting technology.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a junior architect in the building construction industry, preferably within a project management consultancy firm.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in drafting, architecture, or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
