- Investor & Brand Partnership Network
Role Overview
We are looking for result-oriented individuals who can generate business through investor onboarding, sponsorships, and partnerships.
First Phase Focus: Investor Acquisition (Primary Priority)
Long-Term Role: Sponsors, event monetization, brand collaborations, and media projects
Primary Responsibility (Initial Phase)
Your main responsibility will be:
- Identify and connect with small and mid-level investors
- Pitch structured investment opportunities
- Build a strong investor network
- Drive consistent onboarding of investors
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Approach business owners, professionals, and potential investors
- Pitch company projects and investment opportunities
- Follow up and convert leads into actual investments
- Maintain basic tracking of leads and conversions
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of investors onboarded
- Lead generation and outreach activity
- Conversion rate (lead → investment)
- Weekly / Monthly targets achieved
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary (KPI-based) + Incentives + Performance Bonus
- High earning potential based on performance
