Position Overview:
CARE 24 is looking for energetic and self-driven Field Recruiters to support blue-collar hiring for the healthcare sector. The role involves candidate mobilization, and coordination with external partners to meet hiring targets. This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy on-ground recruitment and people interaction. The Field Recruiter will report and directly work with the Supply Head.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Source and mobilize blue-collar candidates from various locations.
● Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, GDA centers, training institutes, and community groups.
● Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment drives.
● Hire candidates for the healthcare industry as per company requirements.
● Generate candidate leads through multiple sourcing portals.
● Schedule and coordinate interviews at the CARE 24 office.
● Ensure proper documentation and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Required Skills and Competencies:
● Any Graduate and Candidates with up to 1 year of field recruitment experience are preferred; freshers strongly willing to work in field recruitment may also apply.
● Experience in blue-collar or field hiring will be an added advantage.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and partner organizations.
● Ability to mobilize and source blue-collar candidates through field visits and community networking.
● Good networking skills to build relationships with NGOs, training institutes, and local communities.
● Target-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to meet hiring timelines.
● Basic computer knowledge for maintaining candidate records and coordination.
● Willingness to travel locally and work in field-based recruitment activities.
