A Collection Executive is responsible for recovering outstanding debts, loans, and overdue payments on behalf of a company. Their core duties involve contacting clients, negotiating realistic repayment plans, resolving billing disputes, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure healthy cash flow.
Core Responsibilities
- Debt Recovery: Proactively contact customers via phone, email, or in-person visits to notify them of overdue accounts and secure payments.
- Payment Negotiation: Discuss financial difficulties with clients and establish manageable, mutually agreeable payment plans or settlement options.
- Dispute Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies, billing errors, or customer complaints preventing payment.
- Record Keeping: Log every customer interaction, update payment statuses in CRM software, and track aging debt buckets.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on collection progress, aging accounts, and overall financial performance against monthly recovery targets.
- Escalation & Compliance: Follow all regional debt collection laws and regulations. Escalate uncooperative accounts to legal or repossession departments when necessary.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
