Job Title: Sales Executive – Field Sales

Job Description
We are hiring energetic and target-driven Sales Executives for field sales of financial products across Rajasthan.
The role involves customer acquisition, lead generation, and selling products like Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, Credit Cards, Gold Loans, and Insurance through field activities.
Both freshers and experienced candidates from Banking, NBFC, Finance, Insurance, Fintech, FMCG, Telecom, and Direct Sales backgrounds are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and market activities
- Acquire new customers and achieve monthly sales targets
- Promote financial products and convert leads into sales
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure service quality
- Handle documentation and coordinate with internal teams
- Daily field visits and reporting through CRM
Salary
- Jaipur: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Conveyance + Incentives
Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers can apply
- 1–4 years sales experience preferred
