Job Summary
Websenor is looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with customers, explaining services, and supporting lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services and generate leads.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer information.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain call records and follow-up status.
Requirements
