Job Title: Caregiver / Nany
Required: 8th Pass (Minimum)
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome
Responsibilities
1. Feeding & Nutrition
· Serve meals, milk formula, and snacks according to the school schedule.
· Feed toddlers patiently and assist older children in learning to eat by themselves.
· Clean up dining areas, wash bottles, and sanitize utensils after every meal.
· Monitor food intake and report any allergies or eating issues to the senior teacher.
Setup the child spaces as and when required throughout the day
2. Diaper Changing & Hygiene
· Change diapers promptly and clean children thoroughly to prevent rashes.
· Assist with toilet training by taking children to the washroom at regular intervals.
· Wash hands of the children before meals and after washroom visits.
· Maintain cleanliness in the diaper changing station and dispose of waste safely.
Ensure sanitization is maintained across the centre
3. Rest & Nap Time Management
· Prepare the sleeping area by setting up clean mats, pillows, and blankets.
· Settle children down for their afternoon nap using calm and gentle methods.
· Stay in the room during the entire nap time to monitor the children while they sleep.
· Pack away bedding neatly once the children wake up.
4. 100% Constant Supervision & Safety
· Maintain strict watch over all children at all times; never leave them unattended.
· Watch children closely during indoor play, outdoor activities, and transition times.
· Prevent injuries by removing broken toys or dangerous items from the play area.
· Escort children safely when moving between the classroom, washroom, and playground.

Key Requirements & Skills
· Education: Must have passed at least the 8th standard.
· Language: Ability to understand and speak the local language and basic spoken and written English.
· Physical Fitness: Ability to lift toddlers, bend frequently, and stay active throughout the day.
· Personal Traits: Extremely patient, loving, punctual, and highly responsible around small children.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
