Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruiting metrics
- Assist with onboarding new hires
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
