Conduct tele-counseling sessions to understand student requirements and suggest suitable IT courses.
Generate walk-ins for the training center by convincing and scheduling branch visits.
Handle offline lead nurturing process: Tele-counseling → Visit → Demo Session → Admission.
Convert interested candidates into direct online admissions for students who prefer not to visit the branch.
Explain course curriculum, training methodology, placement support, and career opportunities in IT.
Maintain strong and consistent follow-ups with interested prospects until admission closure. Maintain and update CRM records, lead details, call logs, and follow-up history.
Respond quickly to fresh inquiries from website, social media, and marketing campaigns. Share daily activity reports including calls made, walk-ins generated, demos scheduled, and admissions closed.
Coordinate with academic and placement teams for demo sessions and student onboarding.
