Responsibilities
- Resolving customer queries, complaints or requests on daily basis on calls, chats and emails.
- Able to build Productive relationships and communicate daily with customers in a Professional manner
- Actively attend inbound calls from customers of the Company.
- Actively engage in cold calling to reach out to Potential clients
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
Skills Required
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Customer Support
- Associate or similar Customer Support role Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to demonstrate Patience when handling complex
queries and challenges
•Proficiency in MS Excel\Google Sheets Job Description
