Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, cloud networks)
- Design and implement secure and scalable network architectures
- Ensure network uptime, performance, and reliability
- Oversee network security, firewalls, and threat prevention
- Manage vendors, ISPs, and third-party service providers
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Monitor network performance and resolve critical issues
- Drive automation and optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
- Manage and mentor the network/IT team
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of network architecture & protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF)
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, routers, switches
- Expertise in network security and cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of SD-WAN, VPN, load balancing
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Vendor and stakeholder management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science / IT / Networking
- Certifications preferred:
- CCNA / CCNP / CCIE
- CISSP / CISM (good to have)
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
