Core Responsibilities1. Market Research & Opportunity Identification
- Conduct in-depth research on:
- Market trends
- Competitor strategies
- Category performance across Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Flipkart
- Identify potential growth opportunities such as:
- New product categories
- Pricing gaps
- Emerging trends
- Present insights and recommendations to the team
2. Business Development Support
- Assist in executing growth initiatives across marketplaces
- Support onboarding and expansion into new channels
- Help evaluate potential partnerships and collaborations
3. Sales & Performance Tracking
- Monitor daily and weekly sales performance across platforms
- Track key metrics such as revenue, conversion, and AOV
- Identify performance gaps and suggest improvements
4. Campaign Execution Support
- Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure timely updates for pricing, discounts, and offers
5. Partnership Coordination
- Support communication with external partners and platform teams
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports
- Follow up on ongoing collaborations and opportunities
6. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare reports on business performance and growth metrics
- Analyze data to derive actionable insights
- Support leadership in decision-making through structured reporting
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- E-commerce team (operations & platform execution)
- Marketing team (campaigns & creatives)
- CRM team (customer insights & retention)
- Ensure alignment across teams for smooth execution
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
