Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Closing Team Lead for Commercial Real Estate to manage end-to-end transaction closures for commercial property deals. The candidate will lead the closing team, coordinate with clients, IPCs/channel partners, legal teams, banks, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of agreements, collections, registrations, and possession processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete closing operations for commercial real estate transactions
- Lead and supervise the closing team for smooth deal execution
- Coordinate with clients, brokers, IPCs, and sales teams for documentation and payment follow-ups
- Handle booking forms, agreements, LOIs, allotment letters, registration, and possession formalities
- Ensure timely collections, invoicing, and outstanding follow-ups
- Coordinate with legal and accounts departments for compliance and documentation verification
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loan processing and disbursement
- Maintain accurate MIS reports, client records, and transaction updates
- Resolve escalations and provide efficient post-sales support
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 4–8 years of experience in commercial real estate closing/post-sales
- Strong understanding of commercial property documentation and transaction processes
- Experience in team handling and stakeholder coordination
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and MIS reporting
Skills:
