Flavors 'N Beans is looking for a motivated and energetic Café Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in the food and beverage industry.
As a Café Assistant, you'll help with customer service, order preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the barista and kitchen team. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and assist with billing/POS.
- Serve food, beverages, and bakery items.
- Pack takeaway and online delivery orders.
- Assist the barista in preparing beverages when needed.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and café supplies.
- Keep the café, dining area, and workstations clean and organized.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work as a team to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a café, bakery, or restaurant.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Punctual, honest, and hardworking.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays if required.
Preferred Skills
- Basic computer or POS knowledge.
