- Maintain basic records of manpower, materials, vendor work, expenses, and project requirements.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in set production, film production, events, exhibitions, weddings, interior execution, fabrication, or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of set fabrication, carpentry, painting, décor, electrical work, and installations.
- Experience managing workers, contractors, and multiple vendors on-site.
- Ability to understand drawings, measurements, layouts, and creative concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working long or flexible hours depending on shoot/event schedules.
- Willingness to travel to different production and shoot locations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Should be hands-on and comfortable being on-site rather than working only from an office.
Who Should Apply?
Someone who enjoys building things and making ideas come to life—who can take a creative concept, coordinate the right people and materials, and ensure the final set is delivered on time and exactly as envisioned.
