What you’ll do: Come up with content ideas (reels, posts, carousels), Write captions & hooks that actually grab attention, Track trends + analyze competitors, Manage comments & DMs like a pro, Track performance and suggest what to double down on
What we NEED: You understand Instagram & TikTok deeply. You can think creatively + write sharp content. You’re comfortable being on camera. You know how to use AI tools smartly. You take ownership (we don’t micromanage)You can do basic video editing
Bonus: You’ve created content before (personal page counts)You have a strong POV on what works online
