Job Summary
Looking for energetic Call Centre Executives to handle customer enquiries, convert leads into sales, and support customers after purchase. The role involves handling inbound calls and WhatsApp enquiries, explaining products, guiding customers to the right purchase, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Inbound Sales
- Respond to WhatsApp enquiries quickly
- Handle incoming calls professionally
- Explain features, price, offers, and availability
- Convert enquiries into online orders or store visits
Customer Support
- Answer questions about mobile phones and accessories
- Explain EMI options, warranty, and exchange policies
- Provide product comparisons and guidance
After-Sale Support
- Track delivery updates
- Handle complaints and support requests
- Manage return or exchange queries
- Follow up after purchase to ensure customer satisfaction
Data & Reporting
- Log leads and conversations in Google Sheets or CRM
- Update lead status and follow-ups
- Maintain daily call and enquiry records

Skills Required: Must Have
- Strong communication in Tamil and English
- Confident phone conversation skills
- Fast typing and WhatsApp communication
- Basic understanding of smartphone features
- Sales mindset and persuasive communication
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations
Good to Have
- Call centre or BPO experience
- Retail mobile phone sales experience
- CRM tools experience
