Experience:
2–3 years in Technical engineer related role preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain fiber internet connections at customer locations
- Perform splicing, cable laying, and network testing
- Troubleshoot customer complaints and provide onsite support
- Configure routers, ONTs, and networking equipment
- Conduct signal testing and fault rectification
- Coordinate with network team for escalations
- Maintain service reports and installation records
- Ensure timely completion of field service tasks
