- Promote the school’s academic programs, facilities, and unique value proposition to prospective parents and students.
- Generate admissions leads through field visits, local marketing, school tie-ups, residential outreach, and community engagement.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Counsel parents on curriculum, admission process, fee structure, and school offerings.
- Coordinate campus visits, admission meetings, and walk-in inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with preschools, coaching centers, residential societies, and local community groups for lead generation.
- Support promotional events such as open houses, seminars, school fairs, and admission drives.
- Achieve monthly admission and inquiry conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
- Share regular reports on lead generation, conversions, and market feedback with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, admissions, counseling, or business development (education sector preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Excellent presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field work, school visits, and local outreach activities.
- Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced admissions environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM handling.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in school admissions, education sales, or parent counseling.
- Familiarity with ICSE/ISC curriculum and school operations is an advantage.
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
