- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams
- Handle order follow-ups from sampling to shipment
- Monitor production status and ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare cost sheets and maintain product pricing
- Ensure quality standards are met during production
- Manage documentation related to orders and shipments
- Communicate daily updates to internal and external stakeholders
