Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized and professional assistance to customers in person.
2. Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewellery pieces based on their style, occasion, and budget.
3. Educate customers about different types of gemstones, metals, and jewellery designs, providing accurate information and answering their queries.
4. Assist customers in navigating the website, helping them with product selection, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
5. Offer styling advice and suggest complementary pieces to enhance the customer's overall look.
6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
7. Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends, product knowledge, and industry developments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, such as blogs or videos, to showcase new jewellery collections and educate customers about the brand.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
10. Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the online jewellery business.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Jewellery Consultant, preferably in Showroom or online or e-commerce setting.
2. Strong knowledge of jewellery, including gemstones, metals, and design trends.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with customers in a virtual environment.
4. Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
5. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
6. Proficiency in using online communication tools, such as chat platforms, video conferencing software, and email.
7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
8. Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
