About the Role
Ganaa is looking for a Visual Designer to join our creative team and help shape how a growing mental healthcare brand communicates across digital and physical touchpoints.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong visual instincts, attention to detail, and an eagerness to experiment with new creative tools and formats.
You will work across brand, social media, performance marketing, video, web, print and on-ground campaigns, translating ideas and briefs into clear, engaging and consistent visual communication.
What You'll Work On
- Social media posts, carousels, stories, campaign, ad creatives
- Posters, brochures, flyers, standees and other print collateral
- Educational content and brand communication
- Event and on-ground branding
- Video thumbnails, podcast graphics and supporting visual assets
- Motion graphics and animated social content
- Website banners and digital layouts
- AI-assisted visual ideation and creative production
- Maintaining and evolving Ganaa's visual consistency across platforms
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/ After Effects for motion graphics
- Ability to design for both digital and print formats
- Strong visual sense with an eye for clean, contemporary design
- Ability to understand a creative brief and translate it into effective visual communication
- Familiarity with AI image-generation and AI-assisted creative workflows
- A portfolio demonstrating your creative thinking and design capabilities
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Figma
- Understanding of photography, framing and composition
- Experience creating social media or performance-marketing creatives
- Interest in branding, content and visual storytelling
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
