Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching paint products.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of paint materials in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize wastage and maintain product shelf life.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and dispatch.
- Supervise warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety regulations (including fire safety, hazardous material handling, and PPE usage).
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Manage documentation related to inward/outward stock, GRN, dispatch notes, and return goods.
- Address discrepancies in stock movement and implement corrective measures.
- Lead process improvement initiatives for better productivity and cost efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the paint industry.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (MM/WM modules preferred)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and hazardous materials handling.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
