About the Role
Are you obsessed with the magic of AI tools (Midjourney/DALL-E) and love creating eye-catching Motion Graphics? We are looking for a highly creative and tech-savvy Graphic & Motion Design Intern (AI Specialist) to join our dynamic media production team.
In this role, you will NOT be stuck doing routine video editing (we have a dedicated team for that!). Instead, your primary focus will be designing High-CTR YouTube Thumbnails, generating stunning AI-driven spiritual & astrological assets, and crafting smooth Motion Graphics overlays for our social media channels.
You will work directly with our Social Media Strategists and Video Editors to elevate the visual standard of our content.
Key Responsibilities
- High-CTR Thumbnail Design: Create compelling, viral-style YouTube & Facebook thumbnails using Photoshop and AI-generated elements.
- AI Asset Generation: Use prompt engineering in Midjourney, DALL-E, or Leonardo AI to generate high-resolution backgrounds, cosmic/spiritual art, avatars, and visual props.
- Motion Graphics & Animations: Design engaging 2D motion elements, lower thirds, title animations, and micro-transitions in After Effects for our video editors to use.
- Visual Identity & Aesthetics: Maintain a high level of aesthetic quality, typography balance, and color grading across all digital visual assets.
- AI Tool Exploration: Continuously test and implement new AI image/video tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Luma, Photoshop AI) to speed up creative workflows.
Mandatory Requirements (What We Look For)
- Strong Portfolio (Must Have): A clear portfolio showcasing High-CTR Thumbnails, Motion Graphics clips, and AI-generated artwork/prompts. (Applications without a portfolio link will not be reviewed).
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on command over Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and leading AI Art Generators (Midjourney / DALL-E / Leonardo).
- High Aesthetic & Color Sense: Exceptional visual taste, strong typography skills, and a deep understanding of color harmony that naturally grabs attention.
- Fast Learner & Adaptable: Ability to quickly learn, adapt to new AI media tools, and execute creative briefs provided by our Social Media Strategists.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Basic understanding of Indian mythology, Vedic aesthetics, or spiritual iconography.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro or Illustrator is a plus, but not strictly required.
