Job Title: Exhibition Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Exhibition Sales Manager to lead exhibition sales activities, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and business partners. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement exhibition sales strategies.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team.
- Identify and acquire exhibitors, sponsors, and business partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and event-based sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and event teams.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in exhibition sales, event sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel and attend exhibitions and events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
