Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced VMC Operator with 2+ years of hands-on experience operating FANUC-controlled VMC machines. The candidate should have good knowledge of machine operation, tool setting, offsets, and component inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate VMC machines with FANUC control.
- Load and unload components and ensure proper machine operation.
- Perform tool setting and adjust tool/work offsets as required.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
- Monitor machining operations and maintain production quality.
- Inspect components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine-related issues.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a VMC Operator.
- Hands-on experience with FANUC-controlled VMC machines.
- Knowledge of tool setting and offset adjustment.
- Basic knowledge of G-code/M-code is preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred.
