Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives for our Commercial Waste Management division. This role involves coordinating digital marketing activities, assisting with offline campaigns, supporting community outreach, and contributing to brand-building efforts across Kerala.
The ideal candidate should enjoy working in both office and field environments, possess strong communication skills in Malayalam and English, and have an interest in marketing, sustainability, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing
- Coordinate with external marketing partners to execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Support content creation for social media platforms and digital channels.
- Assist in managing business listings and improving online visibility.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Help maintain marketing calendars and digital assets.
Brand & Marketing Activities
- Coordinate the design and distribution of brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Interest in sustainability, environmental initiatives, or social impact projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills .
- Support outdoor branding and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing materials follow company branding guidelines.
- Events & Community Engagement
- Assist in organizing promotional events, awareness campaigns, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for event planning and execution.
- Capture photos and videos during events for marketing purposes.
Lead Support
- Manage inquiries received through digital platforms and messaging channels.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to ensure timely follow-up of potential customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing-generated leads and campaign responses.
- Reporting
- Prepare periodic reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and marketing activities.
- Track key marketing metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand promotion.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools.
- Basic skills in creating and editing short-form videos or marketing content using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar applications.
- Comfortable traveling within Kerala for events and marketing activities when required.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of local SEO and online business listings.
- Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
- Experience coordinating events, promotional activities, or community engagement programs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
