Role Overview
We're looking for a creative Content Creator who can shoot and edit engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
This isn't just an editing job- we're looking for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands social media trends, and can capture real moments creatively.
Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit Instagram Reels and YouTube videos.
- Capture office activities, meetings, site visits, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Create documentary-style and candid content.
- Repurpose long-form videos into Reels, Shorts, and LinkedIn videos.
- Suggest creative content ideas and stay updated with social media trends.
- Work closely with the founders to execute our content strategy.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Creative mindset and strong storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Portfolio or previous work is mandatory.
Our Content Plan
- 3–4 Reels per week
- 1 YouTube video every 1–2 weeks
- YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn content from existing footage
- Founder branding, educational content, office culture, and behind-the-scenes storytelling
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
