About the Role
Vogue Tourism is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Executive / Travel Consultant to join our team in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate should have an interest in travel, tourism, customer service, holiday packages, flight bookings, and hotel bookings.
You will assist customers with their travel requirements, recommend suitable travel options, prepare quotations and itineraries, manage bookings, and provide excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and travel preferences.
- Recommend suitable domestic and international travel options.
- Prepare travel quotations and customized itineraries.
- Handle flight, hotel, holiday package, transfer, and sightseeing bookings.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and travel partners.
- Assist with visa documentation and travel insurance when required.
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, refunds, and customer queries.
- Follow up with customers and enquiries when required.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
Key Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in the travel industry preferred.
- Candidates with experience as a Travel Executive, Travel Consultant, Travel Advisor, Ticketing Executive, Holiday Package Executive, or Travel Agency Executive are welcome to apply.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Experience with flight bookings, hotels, holiday packages, and travel arrangements.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer, WhatsApp, and email skills.
- Customer-focused, responsible, and willing to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
